![]() I am requesting a free return label and a refund for order #XXXXX. Once it did, I reached out to the business on December 21st via email, since there is no contact number available. However, I missed the brief window to cancel the order and waited for the package to arrive. Shortly after making the purchase, I wanted to cancel bc I found out that my husband did not own a glock and did not realize at that time that it fits multiple guns. My purchase now totaled 3 QuickDraws $29.95 for the first and $39.98 for the additional two, totaling $69.93. At checkout, I was asked if I would like to purchase additional ones and by doing so would receive a discount on the those two. On December 5, 2020, I placed an order (#XXXXX) for a QuickDraw. I placed an order for 3 QuickDraws but only received 2. I have still not heard from them with an update. response was they would notify me when they had an update. after not hearing anything I contacted gain through facebook 1/14 asking for an update. They then told me they would report case and get back to me. Contacted them again on 1/6 confirming that they were reshipping.ni response until 1/11. I contact them through Facebook Messenger and received a response- Not to worry, your package is on its way. I contacted Prepcision again via email 1/5 reporting the package lost by USPS and we needed to file insurance. ![]() They told me I need to go back to sell and have them File on the INSURANCE. and files a ticket with postal service to find. It was not here so I called the postal service. ![]() Order showed Delivered 12/28 by post office. ![]() After a few days, I just kept tracing the order and could see it was now in transit. Order was placed on, Order# XXXXX, 3- quickdraw total $84.85, shipped tracked & insured ( proof of this on confirmation email) After receiving an email stating product had shipped, tracking showed it not moving, I emailed them on 12/16 & 12/16. ![]()
